Keep in mind that delegates may get caught in traffic, depending on starting time and venue selected.
Do you have any special dietary requirements and can the venue cater for this?
Can the venue cater indoor and/or outdoor for your total number of delegates? Should you choose an outdoor activity it is best to ensure an indoor venue has been secured in case of bad weather on the day.
We will then offer you an “indoor” alternative. Your day need not be cancelled.
The activity you select is totally dependent on the venue chosen. These requirements can be found in “choosing an activity”.
